Background
Twenty years advising CEOs, Ministers, and Boards on trade, geopolitical risk, regulatory reform, and national security. Most recently, led Novo Nordisk's first global Centre of Excellence for International Government Affairs & Policy — a six-person team responsible for enterprise-wide government relations, including guidance through the largest Loss of Exclusivity event in pharma history and engagement at WHO and OECD level through IFPMA.
Before that, founded an independent geopolitical and government affairs advisory practice for Boards and CEOs in defence, technology, and energy, and led public affairs and government relations campaigns at Summa Strategies across regulated sectors.
The grounding is in government itself: Director of Policy to Canada's Minister of National Defence, advising on defence policy and procurement tied to a $164B investment; and Deputy Policy Director to Canada's Minister of Finance, working on tax reform, carbon pricing, and cannabis legalisation. Earlier roles include leading a £250M flood-response program at Lloyds Banking Group and supporting a maternal health investment across Sub-Saharan Africa.
Bilingual in English and French. MBA from Queen's University; BA in History and Political Science from McGill University. Recently relocated from Copenhagen to San Francisco.
